To book your school, we need to know the approximate number and grades of your students.
Then either give us a call at 780-449-6555 or email us at
schools@skisunridge.com.
We will work with you to find a date where we can both accommodate your group size and that fits your schedule.
3
Once a date has been selected, we will send you a link to a Google Doc with a Booking Confirmation as well as information about the students.
Please complete the Booking Confirmation as your field trip date is tentative and subject to change until it is completed.
4
Information on all students coming on the field trip must be entered into the space provided in the Google Doc (names, skiing or snowboarding, skill level etc.).
This should be completed at least a week prior to your field trip. Only one Google Doc worksheet is to be completed per school as all students in all grades can
be added to the one worksheet.

After the bus arrives at Sunridge on your field trip date, please come to the front
entrance door where Sunridge staff will provide each student with a lift ticket
and a 'ziptie' to fix the ticket to a zipper. Students will be directed to a designated
area in the chalet where they can leave their backpacks and lunchs, and then brought to
the rental shop when it is time.
Once students have received their equipment (boots, skis or snowboards, and helmet),
they will be directed onto the hill to meet their instructor for their lessons.
