Are you interested in developing your terrain park skills in a fun, safe, and stress-free environment where you can learn at your own pace? Do you want to meet like-minded individuals that have a positive attitude and an appetite for progress?
If this sounds like you, you should consider joining the Sunridge Snowboard Club! We are a fun-focused club whose priority is strengthening the Edmonton snowboard community with YOU being a part of it. The Club is open to all ages 7 and up and our only requirements are that you have a season pass and that you can link turns at a Blue level.
Our club leaders are Canadian Association of Snowboard Instructors (CASI) certified and are eager to help step by step as you level up your snowboard skills. Above and beyond the technical riding, we will cover park etiquette, reading terrain, equipment technology/care, boardercross, and freestyle. We will help you become the best snowboarder you can be!
The Club's sessions will be on Sundays for ten weeks starting Dec. 10 through Mar. 3 (not including Dec. 24, 31 and Jan. 7). The first session on Dec. 3 is a riding assessment so we can better organize participants into groups. The cost for the ten sessions is $240.
To maintain an optimal instructor to rider ratio, we will be limiting the number of members so if you are interested in joining, we suggest you register as soon as possible.
The Snow School Online Release Agreement (lesson waiver) for the selected person must be completed before they can be registered in the club. You'll find the lesson waiver in your account.
